Yoga A Latte

Join us at Wired Chef after hours for a mindful movement yoga class led by Serenely Fit. The 45-minute class will begin at 6:10 PM, with a focus on breath, movement, and strength in a way that is uniquely accessible for each attendee.
Once class comes to a close, enjoy complimentary baked goods and a small barista beverage of your choice while getting to know each other. Plus mini chair massages from Stroll partner Integrated Mobility.

Four Leaf Clover Mosaic Class
Learn to make a beautiful green four leaf clover mosaic in this workshop. This is a beginner level workshop, no prior experience is needed!
During the class, you will get to pick from multiple shades of machine tumbled stained glass to create your one-of-a-kind decorated four leaf clover. You will learn the basics of making a mosaic to create your work of art. Since the glass is machine tumbled, it is sea glass smooth and safe to handle for all ages. You will be able to take your clover home with you at the end of the class.
All materials needed for this workshop will be supplied to you as part of your registration fee. Class length is approximately 2 hours.
